Welcome to Fairisle Infant and Nursery School from the Governing Body

The Governing Body take an active part in the school life and support staff strategically to ensure a caring and stimulating environment, promote well-being, high expectations and the best quality education for every child.

In our last Ofsted Report it was noted that ‘Pupils are happy’ and that ‘Staff have high expectations of what pupils can do.’  It was also noted that ‘Pupils behave well in lessons and during break times’ and that ‘Pupils’ work, in a wide range of subjects, is of high quality.’
