Applying for a Nursery Place for 2 Year Olds

We collect the following details from you to administer the application process and any subsequent placement in the Nursery. We collect and store this information in line with our Privacy Notice.

Please enter details of alternative pattern to the standard 5 funded sessions per week, as requested. We are required to check your child's date of birth through sight of their birth certificate. You can upload a copy of their birth certificate here or bring a copy into school when we confirm their place.
